Tim V brings more than 25 years of hands-on experience built inside the engines of the world's most recognized brands.

Tim V - Founder of Hospitality Mechanics

Tim built his reputation by doing the part a lot of people talk about but few actually know how to fix... getting operations under control.

His background was forged inside the high-performance operational cultures of Yum! Brands®, starting as an Assistant Manager at Pizza Hut® and working his way up to Area Manager for both Pizza Hut® and Taco Bell®.

He later served as a General Operations Manager for Chili’s®, under the Brinker International® umbrella. Throughout his career, he became known as a trusted trainer, problem solver, and turnaround leader—the person who could step into a struggling location and bring it back into line.

Tim’s extensive experience also includes serving as a Manager at Village Inn® under American Blue Ribbon Holdings, and acting as an Area Manager for local franchises of both Subway® and Wendy’s®.
